1. The service

Cryptween provides a collective market intelligence platform that aggregates anonymised position data from connected exchange accounts to generate market state indicators. The platform is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You remain solely responsible for all trading decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction to use Cryptween. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that these conditions are met.

3. Your account

• → You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• → You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• → You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• → We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• → Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• → Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform by automated means.
• → Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
• → Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• → Use the platform to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading.
• → Resell or sublicense access to the platform.

5. Exchange API access

By connecting an exchange account, you authorise Cryptween to use your read-only API credentials solely to pull position data for the purpose of generating collective market intelligence. You acknowledge that you are connecting with read-only permissions and that Cryptween cannot and will not execute trades or move funds on your behalf.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that market intelligence indicators are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular trading strategy. Past market states are not indicative of future market states. Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cryptween shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

8. Changes to the terms

We may revise these terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
